Grustoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
    In separate bowl, combine beaten eggs, vanilla and lemon extract.
    Melt butter in milk.
    Add to eggs and extracts.
    Then add sugar and flour combination.
    Roll out like pie crust.
    Flour area.
    Roll out dough; cut into diamonds.
    Fry in large frypan 1/2 full of shortening until light brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
