Butter Cream Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk or water
vanilla to taste
Preparation

Mix in large bowl. Beat until all lumps are out. Add 1/2 cup butter. Continue beating until icing is fairly light and fluffy.
