Grandma Janie'S Senegalese Jujus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 wonton wraps (flour or egg)
    1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin or ground turkey/chicken
    2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced (about 2 c.)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt to taste
    2/3 c. gharam masala oil (for deep frying, preferably canola)
    1 or 2 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
    Fry onions until they are slightly browned.
    Add meat, salt and gharam masala and fry.
    Cook until well done, breaking meat into small pieces.
    Drain and cool.
