Pineapple Pan Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained well
6 slices firm-textured bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch square pan.
In medium bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended. Stir in pineapple.
Fold in bread cubes.
Turn into pie pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour until top is brown and crusty.
