Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 2 cans of any combo of Campbell's cream soups
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. onion
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients in a large bowl.
    Then pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or longer.
    If desired, top with extra cheese halfway through baking time.
