Spinach Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    6 eggs
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and patted dry
    1 (8 oz.) small carton cottage cheese
    8 oz. shredded Colby cheese
    6 green onions, finely chopped
    1/4 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, then melt oleo in large baking dish.
    Pour in mixture and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until done.
