Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo or butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. applesauce
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Beat well all ingredients, except raisins and nuts.
After batter has been beaten well, add raisins and nuts.
Beat well. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan or any pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
