Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. white albacore tuna, flaked
1/2 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. cream
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except celery.
Chill for 2 hours.
Just before serving, add celery.
Makes six servings.
Each serving provides 1/2 vegetable exchange, 2 fat exchanges, 1 protein exchange and 9 optional calories.
