Pie A La Italiano(Easter Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can quick crescent dinner rolls
    2 c. (8 oz.) sharp cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 (12 oz.) can Spam or same amount baked ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls; separate dough into 8 triangles.
    Place 5 triangles into pie pan, pressing together to form crust. Reserve 3 triangles for top crust.
    Combine remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl; pour into crust.
    Roll out each triangle so longest side is 8 inches long.
    Cut into 1/2-inch strips. Crisscross strips over filling to form a lattice top.
    Flute edge. Bake for 60 or 70 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
    Do not overbake.
