Saucy Steak Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. thin boneless beef (round steak), cut into serving pieces
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 c.)
1 can (16 oz.) whole potatoes, drained, reserve liquid
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. bell pepper flakes
1 pkg. Herb-Ox beef broth
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can green beans
Preparation

Coat steak with flour, pound into beef, brown beef in oil in 10-inch skillet.
Remove beef.
Cook and stir onion in oil until tender, add enough water to reserve potato liquid to measure 1 cup. Dissolve beef broth in 1/4 cup water.
Add all ingredients to skillet, heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until beef is tender, approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
