Italian Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg (browned & drained)
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 - 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, cut up
1 - 16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 - 15 oz. can kidney beans (don't drain)
2 c. water (or more)
5 tsp. beef granules or 5 cubes
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. macaroni
1 c. frozen/fresh green beans
2 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
-
Add all ingredients to browned, drained hamburg.
Bring to a boil and cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the macaroni, green beans and cabbage, cooking until everything is tender.
