Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini, sliced
    tomatoes, sliced
    onion, sliced
    celery, sliced
    cauliflower
    broccoli
    carrots, sliced
    1 box Ritz crackers
    2 sticks oleo
    1 jar taco sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Layer in 9 x 13 pan all vegetables. Crush crackers; add melted oleo to crackers and set aside.
    Pour taco sauce over vegetables.
    Put cracker mixture on top.
    Add shredded cheese if desired.
    Bake 1 hour.
