Mocha Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz. each) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
    2 tsp. water
    1 lb. dark chocolate coating
    white chocolate coating
Preparation
    In microwave bowl, melt chocolate chips.
    Add cream cheese, coffee and water.
    Mix well.
    Chill until firm enough to shape. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
    Melt chocolate coating in microwave.
    Dip balls and place on waxed paper to harden.
    Melt white chocolate and drizzle over truffles.
    Makes 5 1/2 dozen.
