Spicy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour tube cake pan.
Mix oil and sugar.
Beat egg yolks, one at a time.
Continue to beat and add 5 tablespoons of hot water.
Add flour and spices.
Save 1/4 cup of carrots for top and stir in carrots and pecans.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
