Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 pkg. caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients and press half of mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
    Bake 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
