Baked Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    flour for dredging
    2 or 3 Tbsp. fat
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Season the chops with salt and pepper; dredge them in flour. Brown on both sides in a small amount of fat.
    Remove browned chops to a casserole.
    Add soaked rice to the fat in the pan and cook, stirring frequently, until rice is lightly browned.
