Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (6 oz.) apricot jello
1 regular size Cool Whip
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sprinkle jello over pineapple; bring to a strong boil, stirring constantly. Cool. Mix Cool Whip and buttermilk.
Fold in pineapple mixture. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate.
