Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 chopped onion, gently fried
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    4 or 5 slices bread, grated (I use white bread)
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. chopped parsley (works just as well with dry parsley)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly.
    Make small balls, size of walnuts (can be smaller for bite
    size
    goodies).
    Fry.

    bake\tin 350\u00b0 oven on cookie sheet until done to your liking.)
