Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head (medium) cauliflower
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar (less, if desired)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
    Finely chop onion.
    Mix all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour.
    This will keep for several days in refrigerator.
