Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sifted self-rising flour
1 tsp. melted fat or oil
fruit, vegetables or meat
Preparation

Stir milk into well beaten eggs; add flour and beat until smooth.
Stir in fat and mix until well blended.
Dip fruit, vegetables or meat into fritter batter.
Drop into hot deep fat (375\u00b0) and fry until golden brown.
Drain and serve hot.
