Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 chopped onion
    1 can creamed corn
    1 jalapeno pepper
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until very lightly golden brown.
