Chop Chay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. clear noodles, cooked and drained
leftover roast beef
fresh or frozen spinach
veggies (onion, garlic, shredded carrot and zucchini)
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Saute veggies in sesame oil.
Add leftover roast beef to veggies.
Add spinach.
Add clear noodles and mix.
Add about 1/3 cup soy sauce.
