Cajun Vegetable Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
    1 (15 oz.) can Veg-All Cajun mixed vegetables
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Cajun style stewed tomatoes
    4 bay leaves
    3/4 c. instant rice
    Tabasco, to taste
Preparation
    Combine broth, vegetables, tomatoes, and bay leaves in soup pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Cover and reduce to simmer for about 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Add Tabasco and stir. Remove bay leaves before serving.
    Makes about 6 servings.
