Creamy Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk/cream
1/2 tsp. tarragon
Preparation

Brown chicken in oil.
Remove chicken.
Blend soup, tarragon, water and wine.
Return chicken to pan.
Simmer, covered, 45 minutes.
Remove chicken to platter and keep warm.
Stir together flour and cream (or milk) and add to liquid in pan.
Simmer until thickened.
Pour about 1/2 cup over chicken.
Pass the remainder and serve with rice pilaf.
