Veggie Oat Loaf Or Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, turkey or sausage or any combination thereof
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. oatmeal or oat bran
    1 c. cleared veggie pulp from juices
    seasonings as desired
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Form into loaf or patties.
    Place loaf in loaf pan and patties on cookie sheet or in muffin pan.
    Bake until brown on top.
    For loaf, bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    For patties, bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
