Breakfast Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

softened butter or margarine
14 to 15 slices bread
1 lb. drained, cooked sausage
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 eggs
3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Spread butter on both sides of bread slices; cut bread into small cubes.
Combine bread cubes, sausage, cheese, salt and pepper; stir well.
Beat eggs until foamy; stir in milk.
Add egg mixture to sausage mixture, stirring well.
