Shrimp And Crab Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 minced onion
    2 stalks of celery
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 doz. chopped shrimp
    1/2 lb. lump crabmeat
    pinch of thyme
    1/4 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 lb. fine chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. cream
    3 oz. sherry
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery, and pepper in butter until soft.
    Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cover to produce liquid, uncover and cook until shrimp are barely pink.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Stir and cook 5-6 minutes.
    You may then stuff fish baking at 10 minutes per pound; or large shrimp butterflied; or Portobello mushrooms.
