Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn flakes
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli Normandy or winter mix frozen vegetables, thawed
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded Pepper Jack or Italian blend cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Place corn flakes in a Baggie and crush, then set aside.
    Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl; add crushed cereal, vegetables, butter, onion and cheese.
    Stir to combine.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    (Optional:
    add garlic powder.)
    Spread mixture in prepared baking dish.
    Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes until mixture is hot and bubbly.\tYields 6 servings.
