Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow or corkscrew macaroni
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
    2 cans water packed tuna, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs and melted butter (optional)
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in saucepan for cooking the macaroni.
    Add salt, onion and green pepper to the boiling water before adding the macaroni.
    Cook the macaroni according to the package directions until just tender.
    Drain.
    Turn the heat down low under the saucepan.
    Put soup in the saucepan.
    Then add the tuna, macaroni and black pepper.
    Stir until heated through.
