Orange Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large or 2 small pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water.
Beat in cream cheese and refrigerate until almost congealed.
Remove from refrigerator and beat until smooth.
Add pineapple, whipped cream and pecans.
Pour into long shallow dish and refrigerate.
