Sweet N' Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 medium green pepper, cut into squares
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water (cold)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (keep juice).
    In skillet, brown bite-sie pieces of chicken in cooking spray.
    Meanwhile, mix water with artificial sweetener.
    Add pineapple juice, water/sugar mixture, vinegar, garlic and soy sauce to chicken.
    Cover and cook over low heat 40 minutes.
    Add green peppers and pineapple chunks.
    Cook for 5 more minutes.
    Combine cornstarch with cold water and add to simmering mixture.
    Stir slowly until thick.
    Serve over rice.
