Peach Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 lb. raisins
    4 lb. peaches, peeled and cut into small chunks
    2/3 c. fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. red chili powder
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
Preparation
    Put the onion, garlic and raisins through food chopper.
    Put all ingredients in a large pot and boil 1 hour or until chutney is a rich brown color and rather thick.
    Pour while hot into 3 hot pint jars and seal at once.
