Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. dark Karo syrup
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs well and mix with other ingredients except pecans. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell to which nuts have been added. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until the custard has set, about 40 minutes or when it begins to crack.
