Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. rice
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into small pieces.
    Place cabbage, sugar, salt, rice and oleo in 2 cups water.
    Cook until rice is done.
    Pour into casserole dish.
