Little Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. lean ground lamb or beef
    salt to taste
    4 hot baked potatoes
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. melted margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil in large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Break up and add meat.
    Cook and stir until meat loses pink color, about 5 minutes.
    Drain fat.
    Mix in salt and pepper and set aside.
