Camper'S Country Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    4 c. cubed cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 eggs
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon; remove and drain.
    Saute potatoes, peppers and onion until potatoes are brown and veggies are soft.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Cover and cook until done.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
