Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

15 graham crackers
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 egg whites
Preparation

Roll graham crackers into fine crumbs.
Combine with brown sugar and melted butter or margarine.
Set aside 1/4 cup of the crumb mixture.
Press remaining crumb mixture in to a deep 9-inch pie pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 9 minutes.
Cool.
