Stuffed Tomato Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. minced, cooked chicken
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 pimiento, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    7 Tbsp. lime juice
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
    4 to 6 large, firm tomatoes
Preparation
    In bowl, combine chicken, celery, pimiento, pecans and lime juice.
    Add mayonnaise or salad dressing to taste.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Cut tops off tomatoes; scoop out inside. Spoon chicken mixture into tomato cups.
    Serve immediately.
