Cheddar Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn bread/muffin mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the corn bread mix, eggs, milk and yogurt until blended.
    Stir in corn and cheese.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve warm.
    Yield: 12 servings.
