Vegetarian Yok Soba - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. spaghetti
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large chopped onion
    1 medium zucchini, chopped
    1 medium yellow squash, chopped
    1 small head shredded cabbage
    crushed cayenne pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti.
    Stir-fry vegetables in 1 tablespoon oil until crisp and tender, about 5 to 8 minutes.
    Season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper.
    Add the cooked and drained spaghetti to skillet. Stir, mixing with vegetables.
    Add 1/2 cup ketchup.
    Heat until spaghetti is hot.
