Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin (cherry, apple, lemon or raspberry)
    1 c. hot water
    1 orange, washed, cut up and seeded (but not peeled)
    1 1/2 c. cranberries
    1 apple, cored and sliced (not peeled)
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Place gelatin and hot water in blender jar and blend a few seconds to dissolve gelatin.
    Add the fruit, sugar and salt. Blend until fruits are finely chopped.
    Add the pecans and blend just until mixed.
    Don't overblend or you will have too much liquid and not a firm jello mold.
