Spinach Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 5 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and serve.
    Good slightly warm.
