Sweet And Sour Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    2 ribs celery, sliced diagonally
    1 small green pepper, stripped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
    hot rice
Preparation
    Drain peaches; reserve syrup.
    Set aside.
    In large skillet, saute onion, celery and green pepper in oil, about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Mix well syrup, soy, vinegar, brown sugar and cornstarch.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in turkey and peaches.
    Cook until heated thoroughly.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
