Rice And Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Uncle Ben's wild and long grain rice
    2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    16 oz. jar artichoke hearts
    4 oz. jar chopped pimentos
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
Preparation
    Mix salad dressing with oil and vinegar as package directions; leave out water. Marinate all vegetables in salad dressing. Cook rice; cool. Combine rice, chicken and mayonnaise; refrigerate. This can all be done the day before serving. Combine a few hours before serving.
