Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage and crumble.
    Butter slices of bread and cube. Grate sharp cheese.
    Beat eggs well.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Line bottom with bread cubes.
    Sprinkle sausage over the bread.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour over sausage.
    Cover and chill for 8 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Uncover the last few minutes for browning.
