Vermicelli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. vermicelli noodles
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. m.s.g. (Accent)
    1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    1 c. each very finely chopped green pepper, celery and green onion
    1 small can chopped black olives
    1 jar chopped pimento
    1 1/4 c. mayo
Preparation
    Boil noodles. Drain and cool.
    Mix oil, lemon juice and m.s.g. in a jar.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Mix vegetables, noodles, marinade and mayo.
    Refrigerate and serve.
