Lima Bean Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lima beans, mashed
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. dry whole wheat breadcrumbs
    1 tsp. finely minced onion
    1 c. tomato pulp
    1 c. diced celery
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook lima beans until tender and mash.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Form the mixture into a loaf and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    This recipe makes 6 servings.
