Aunt Margaret'S Cooked Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a small saucepan.
    Stir well and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter.
    Stir into mixture.
    The dressing gets thicker as it cools.
    Makes about 1/2 pint of dressing.
    Excellent for potato salad.
