Brioche Couronne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. hot water
    1/3 c. honey
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. bread flour
    1/2 c. skim milk powder
    1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 egg yolk (for glaze)
Preparation
    Put ingredients in order given into bread baker (1 or 1 1/2 pound loaf size).
    Save the single yolk for glaze.
    Set bread baker on dough cycle.
    When cycle is complete, shape dough.
