Lasagna(Makes 10 To 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. whole basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (10 oz.) lasagna noodles
    3 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly; drain off excess fat.
    Add bay leaf, garlic, basil, salt, mushrooms, tomatoes and tomato paste to meat and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
